We didn't start this from a conference room or a pitch deck — it came from living the day-to-day reality of running a small business and seeing how much unnecessary friction exists in everyday operations.
The Reality Most People Don't See
I own a small retail business in Yakima. Like most business owners, that means wearing a lot of hats — often all in the same day. Customer service, inventory, ordering, vendors, bookkeeping, marketing, scheduling, follow-ups, troubleshooting… and that's before the unexpected problems show up.
Most of this work is invisible. Customers don't see it. Vendors don't see it. But business owners live in it constantly. When systems don't work together, when processes rely on memory instead of structure, or when something breaks and no one else knows how to fix it, the responsibility always lands on the owner.
That experience is what shaped LAD Digital.
Why LAD Digital Exists
LAD Digital exists because too many businesses know things could run better, but don't know where to start — or don't have the time, budget, or technical background to experiment with tools that may or may not actually help.
